Nevím na co tady fungují objednávky na čas, když to nedodržují. Ještě v téhle situaci kdy je plná čekárna lidí s rouškami na půl. Naštěstí je to poslední screening a už sem nemusíme. Ordered at 12:30, we have been waiting in the waiting room for half an hour and we hear the sisters getting ready there and having a terrible joke. I don't know what time orders work for here if they don't keep it. Even in this situation when the waiting room is full of people with veils in half. Fortunately, this is the last screening and we don't have to come here anymore.

Velmi doporučuji, kdo potřebuje jednodenní chirurgii, určitě navštivte tuto kliniku. Děkuji panu doktorovi a celému týmu. Very nice, professional approach at the level from Dr. Brožek to nurses. L	Lucie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes na jednodenní chirurgii. Paní, která mě přijímala na výkon byla milá, ačkoliv na první pohled jsem se jí bála. Sestřička Martina, která mě odvedla na sál, byla velice sympatická, přátelská, lidská a úsměvavá. Uklidní, pokud jste ve stresu. Pečuje o pacienty jako o vlastní děti. Paní anestézioložka MUDr. Matyášová taktéž velice milá, velmi zkušená, vše vysvětlila, uklidnila. Nevím, co zvolila za anestézii, ale vůbec mi nebylo špatně. A v neposlední řadě pan doktor Brožek je velký profesionál. Pečlivý a vše srozumitelně vysvětlil. Úžasný přístup k pacientům. Nikdo z nich se nechoval povýšeně. A pokud někdo kritizuje tuto kliniku, tak ať zajde do nemocnice a hned znění názor. Děkuji za všechno. Today for a day of surgery. I don't know what she chose for anesthesia, but I wasn't sick at all. And last but not least, Dr. Brožek is a great professional. Careful and clearly explained everything. Amazing approach to patients. None of them behaved arrogantly. And if someone criticizes this clinic, then let him go to the hospital and immediately word the opinion. Thank you for everything.

Objednaný na čas to nikoho nezajímá sestřičky vysmaté, ale asi zapomněly, že mají plnou čekárnu a jsou v práci. O vyšetřením ani nemluvím, pan doktor šup šup a informace co mi řekl, jsem věděla to samé od své doktorky před týdnem. Za to si bohužel nechávají platit. Ve finále, zjistím, ze mi nikdo ani nenabídl 4D ultrazvuk a dávno jsem ho prošvihla ? takže za mě ne !!! In the final, I find out that no one even offered me 4D ultrasound and I missed it a long time ago ? so not for me !!!
p	petra Dostálová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel přístup sester, které sedí za papírovými dveřmi a je naprosto všechno slyšet je velice zarážející. Jsem objednaná na odběry bylo mi řečeno, že to mám stihnout nejlépe před 8h. Přijdu tedy s předstihem. Jedna sestra vchází na sesternu kde si dělá s ostatními kávu a vyprávějí si co viděly večer v televizi. Vysmate. Sestra po 15 minutách vychází s kávou a oznamuje, že jsem tu na odběry (které si sama hradím) a ostatní zrovna snídají, takže žádný stres, prý na 8h prohodila jedna ze sestrer. Ještě tam přišel doktor a čas se zase prodlužuje. Už chápu proč se sem nedá dovolat a sestra, která objednává po telefonu je nepříjemná a neochotná. Když sem musíte 1x na screening a dál už nic neřešíte mavnete nad tím rukou ale když najednou je potřeba řešit nějaký problém, tak vás přístup docela vytočí, když očekáváte profesionalitu. When you have to come here once for screening and you don't solve anything anymore, you wave over that hand, but when suddenly you need to solve a problem, the approach turns you on quite a bit when you expect professionalism.

V den naší návštěvy bohužel nešel internet (co třeba udělat z mobilu hotspot?), takže jsme zaplatili 1600Kc s tím, ze výsledky nám zavolají, samozřejmě se nikdo neozval, po dvou dnech se nam naštěstí podařilo se dovolat. Samotný ultrazvuk byl proveden profesionálně. Bohužel za placenou službu v dnešní době člověk očekává jiný přístup, vždyť existuje konkurence.
