For me as Ústečák, it's great that the clinic is located next to the shopping center, so it's easy to park here and I don't have to worry about looking for a place. The girls at the reception were very nice and cheerful, which immediately lifts the person's mood. At the clinic, I underwent laser epilation with an alexandrite laser, and I must say that even though the effect was already promised on the Internet, I am very surprised by the efficiency, which I did not expect so much. Straightly, I hate hair, so the idea that I can't shave my armpits for me for 3 weeks after the procedure was crazy for me, but in the end the 4 hairs left in my armpit don't bother me at all. I am extremely satisfied and I can only recommend the procedure and the clinic itself! PS: for those who would not convince my words, I also attach a photo :)

I ordered a cryolipolysis 2 + 1 in Teplice and on the day of application after applying the protective gel, the doctor started repairing the apparently non-functional Clatuu device in front of me. With the help of an assistant and lying screws, she tried to get the device up and running. I emphasize that I was lying on a lounger, watching in horror. Then came another shock, a broken suction nozzle. This was followed by a nursing sentence: I'm on vacation and I don't know it doesn't work. Doesn't he prepare the machine for treatment before the client arrives before the procedure? And what followed? Come on, come on, you can go. And to this day, without an apology and without an offer of a replacement date, it is as if nothing has happened. Really embarrassing! Negotiations treating at the freezing point, and I'm not talking about her arrogant demeanor. So in conclusion: a crazy approach to the client. They probably don't care about clients. My impression of the visit: Manage in front of the client a machine that is supposed to freeze a part of your body, and watch from the lounger trying to "throw" it in front of you and then find out that the suction nozzle is also broken, with the words Well, you can go. And when you leave, they won't tell you they'll call after the repair, absolutely nothing. After 3 weeks, I stopped by myself in Teplice at the branch to ask if they already had the machine repaired, the lady told me at the reception that yes, that it has been functional for a long time. So what do you think about their approach to the client? Make your own picture.

I have been there several times to repair my teeth and the hygiene even in Prague was very nice everywhere and the good ones did their job perfectly. I don't know how it's there now and if there are the same dentists, but fine dentistry for me.

Today my first visit to dentistry in Teplice and despite my great fear of dentists, I am very pleased with the approach of the doctor, who was simply amazing. Nice, sensitive, explains and consults everything. I'm looking forward to the next visit and the fear is much less. Thank you very much and I recommend ???
