★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can have problems with the management and reception here. Here is what I experienced.
I visited here for root canal treatment. Just after my first visit, the receptionist booked a new appointment for the rest of the treatment. But she made a mistake. The second treatment usually takes up to 2 hours but she booked only for 30 minutes! When I sat the dental engine the dentist realized the problem. Arranged time was not enough to complete the treatment. After long discussions and talks I had a new appointment on the same day later than working hours as I live in London and they could not ask me to come back another day.
The dentist worked extra 2 hours for me at a Friday night. But there was no assistant for him. He had to do all work by himself. Even, while he was taking x-rays I helped him to keep the x ray films stable using my hand. I appreciate for his dedication. He was the one or two good points there. I gave an extra star for him. Additionally the klinik is much cleaner than its rivals.
All of these mismanagement cost me a late night, very tiring and more expensive trip to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been one month since I had otoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Miroslav Veliký. My ears are no longer the first thing you notice when I pull my hair back and they are now very symmetrical. I'm happy with my results and really appreciate how easy the entire process has been thanks to Dr. Miroslav Veliký and Mediestetik team. The only regret I have is not having this surgery sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Miroslav Veliký and will definitely go back to him if I decide to have any more elective surgery.

Very professional and friendly staff, always have looked after me and cared for my well-being.
I got a tummy tuck and liposuction, and I am very happy with the clinic, the scar is very small and barely noticeable.
If you are looking for a liposuction and tummy tuck in Prague,I highly recommend this clinic. I came from Ireland to visit this clinic and it has been worth every penny. Thank you to Dr.Veliky and all the staff. I wish you all the best in the future.
