I definitely do not recommend this service, I wanted to tie my graduate thesis, I had other requirements (according to the school) for the printing of title plates. I was told that this was not the case. I was not provided with the print service within 2 hours because of that. I was disgusted by the way of arrogant behavior, so I went to Gorkého Street, Diplomky 24, there smiling and nice young people. After 2 hours I was tied up. Maybe the owner should put on the pages that he prints only for schools in Brno and would save himself this true comment. In my 50s, I don't have to listen to how basically stupid I am and what I'm studying for school, that it has other criteria: -) ... a very good experience where not to go.

Absolutely perfect, professional and helpful approach. They are alert and able to respond operatively. There was a telephone consultation in advance and they had everything pre-arrived on the same day. If anyone is dealing with speed and affordable prices, I highly recommend it. I will definitely use the services again. ?

It would like to invest in a better website. The overall impression of the site and ordering is "garage from 2003". I'm not saying the site needs to look cool and in, wearing laughing students, ideally one black guy, Asian, and so on. But try to open yours next to you and then the diploma-online. Honestly - where would you rather tie your diploma? But back to your site - the first thing that surprised me was that only "www" pages work. If I have just www ediplomky.cz without www, I get some reports of server "Time 18:02:09 up 210 days, 7:33, 0 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00" Furthermore, no confirmation email will be sent when ordering the next day someone manually emails you. Furthermore, there is no usable sample book cover + overall appearance of the work bound. He is there, but the pictures are in the size of "three x four pixels" and there is really nothing to know - perhaps this is not the purpose ?. I would expect something here in the sense of what I uploaded here into the photos (just nicer - I photographed it with a mobile phone). Mainly I want the surface of the boards - whether it is imitation canvas, canvas or how. In fact, it's a smooth, matte finish. Also, as is done back - like diploma-online, where I did BP, they have some kind of bond without gluing using a metal groove, which is again ugly board-back transition. Furthermore, it is not mentioned whether the description of the plates is done by printing or stamping - the sampler is written "silver / gold embossing" in fact it is silver / gold printing - the letters are not physically embossed in the boards. I'm not saying it's wrong, but he wants to write it. Last but not least, it would like a slightly more human approach - I asked the master if I would receive an email when the order was processed and I got the answer "I will not send anything, just Tuesday morning it will be here". I understand that you have no system to monitor the status of orders, let alone sending information about the execution of orders, but even this information can be communicated in a friendlier way ...

I was not satisfied with the services. We finally had to agree on a refund. I believe that the situation related to Covid-19 also played a big role, so I do not want to express myself too negatively here. In any case, I recommend that you clearly consult with the master about the requirements and conditions of the university if you submit a DP.

I was very satisfied with the service. Arrangement, printing and binding great! The only bookstore that offers a flap, so convenient storage of attachments. I accidentally forgot to put one attachment to print, but it was not a problem for the bookstore to reprint while you wait :-)

When you need real quality, come here. In addition, it can be seen that they enjoy bookbinding. What more do you need ...?
