★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Účtovali mi knihu v e-shopu dvakrát, podruhé s odstupem 2 dní. Po reklamaci platby mi sdělili, že platbu evidují jen jednou. V účtu mám od Kosmasu ale 2 platby. Navíc to byla kniha nevalné kvality (Průvodce po Slovensku od Jiřího Gleta, 60 stran jako referát od nějakého studenta). Nedoporučuju.
