★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě top. Asi poslední normální knihkupectví v Teplicích. Personál milý, vstřícný, ochotný, vždy pořadí a ví o své práci první poslední. Seženou, objednají, doporučí. Když člověk přijde do nejmenovaných a protezovanych obchodů, prodavačky koukají jak puk a kolikrát ani neví, co po nich zákazník chce. Doporučuji knihkupectví na Masarykově třídě.
Top for me. Probably the last normal bookstore in Teplice. Staff nice, helpful, helpful, always on file and knows about their work first and last. They will get, order, recommend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příštup s balíky strašný! Zašel jsem si pro balík a nebyly schopný mi ho dát, paní prodavačka na mě ještě začala řvát, jako kdybych za to mohl já. Pokaždé co jsem si sem šel pro balík, přišlo mi, že jsem je strašně otravoval. Už sem nikdy nepůjdu.
The approach with packages is terrible! I went for a package and they weren't able to give it to me, the saleswoman was still yelling at me as if I was to blame. Every time I came here for a package, it occurred to me that I was bothering them terribly. I'll never come here again.
