Koberec nám dovezli v termínu i vynesli do 3.patra, ale po rozbalení hrůza. Na délku i na šířku byl koberec větší +40cm, to znamená, že začaly problémy s pokládkou. Není mi jasné jak moc tichou poštu v BRENU provozuji, ale vím, že zde vznikl zádrhel, který museli napravovat neviní. 2 hvězdy s odřenýma ušima. Osobně vedoucí prodejny včetně reklamačního technika se dostavili na místo, kde proběhla pokládka, sepsali reklamaci, reklamaci uznali a dle dohody došlo ke slevě na zboží. Pracovníci se nabídli, jestli chceme, že koberec objednají. Souhlasili jsme. Na webu je uvedeno, že doprava je zdarma. Pracovník v prodejně nám ale sdělil, že doprava zdarma je jen do určité vzdálenosti. Do Žďáru nad Sázavou (asi 40 km) spočítal cenu 1 400 Kč (35 Kč za km). To jsem jako důchodce odmítl a dopravu jsem si zajistil sám. Následně jsem zjistil, že pokud bych si koberec objednal přes e-shop, doprava je opravdu zdarma, ale protože jsem objednal v obchodě, tam platí asi jiné podmínky. Myslím, že pracovníci o této skutečnosti určitě věděli a tak mi připadá neseriózní z jejich strany, že nás o této možnosti neinformovali. Takže vždy ve střehu!
