L	Luk Studnicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejně koberců pana Kubů v Tanvaldě se vyhněte obloukem. Dávám jen pozitivní hodnocení, ale toto nejde jinak. Začalo to v den pokládky kdy volali, že už koberec vezou, ale nemají naši adresu. Když dorazili, tak si potřebovali půjčit metr, protože u sebe žádný neměli a nechtělo se jim do auta - Zatím sranda. Při stěhování, ale nový koberec zalomili a spodní hranou poničili podlahu v kuchyni a ještě zvládli odřít novou malbu na stěnách v ložnici, kde pokládali. Položili koberec a měl vlnky. Tvrdili mě, že se to do druhého dne srovná. Nesrovnalo ... Podotýkám, že mi pokladač řekl, že jezdí každý den okolo a když zavolám, tak se to zastaví opravit. První volala do prodejny moje polovička a prý ať si koberec po straně nůžkami zastřihne a on si lehne. Neplatili jsme extra za pokládku aby to takhle vypadalo. Následující den volám já a prý se na to reklamace nestahuje. Další argumentace byla, že mají čas až příští týden. To už jsme 4. den spali na zemi v obyváku... Měli ale máslo na hlavě, protože nedodrželi správný postup, kdy se koberec nechá v místnosti alespoň 24 h "aklimatizovat" než se pokládá. Nakonec tedy p. Kubů slíbil, že někoho následující den pošle. They laid the carpet and it had ripples. They told me it would be settled by the next day. It didn't matter ... I note that the paver told me that he drives around every day, and when I call, it stops to fix it. My half was the first to call the store and they say he should cut the carpet on the side with scissors and he will lie down. We didn't pay extra for laying to make it look like this. The next day I call and it is said that the complaint does not apply. Another argument was that they didn't have time until next week. We slept on the ground in the living room on the 4th day ... But they had butter on their heads, because they did not follow the correct procedure, when the carpet is allowed to "acclimatize" in the room for at least 24 hours before it is laid. In the end, Mr. Kubů promised to send someone the next day. I probably don't have to add that no one came ...
