★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel tento obchod zůstal se svými službami a produkty někde na úrovni obchodu z přelomu tisíciletí. Obsluha v pořádku a vstřícná, jen bych očekával modernější pojetí služeb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišlo mi tričko ve velikost S, nicméně ve skutečnosti tak L - XL. Napsala jsem mail, že velikost neodpovídá. Už jsem se smířila s tím, že dcera bude mít noční košili. Nicméně se mi firma po napsání mailu hned ozvala, a tričko zaslala nové, správné velikosti.
I received a T-shirt in size S, but in fact L-XL. I wrote an email that the size did not match. I've already come to terms with the fact that my daughter will have a nightgown. However, the company contacted me immediately after writing the e-mail, and sent the t-shirt a new, correct size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Körner byl u nás fotit ve škole. Už při pohledu na jeho focení nevypadal jako profík, ale jako náhodný polský turista na exkurzi. Postavil si nás do řad, kdy v každé řadě byl náhodný počet lidí..Dnes nám fotky došly a vypadají úchvatně. Fotka v nejmenším rozlišením ,ostrá je pouze první řada a zbytek rozmazaný.90% lidí vypadá jako na pohřbě, vybral samozřejmě tu nejhorší fotku. Ovšem to ještě není to nejlepší. Třešničkou na dortu je samostatný edit fotky. Krásné roztáhlé písmo, 2 nesmyslně vložené fotky školy a prolnutí fotek:)
Mr. Körner was with us at school. Looking at his photo shoot, he no longer looked like a pro, but like a casual Polish tourist on an excursion. He lined us up in a row where there was a random number of people in each row..Today we ran out of photos and they look stunning. The photo in the lowest resolution, only the first row is sharp and the rest is blurred. 90% of people look like at a funeral, of course they chose the worst photo. But it's not the best yet. The icing on the cake is a separate edit photo. Beautiful expansive font, 2 nonsensically inserted photos of the school and blending photos :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdybych mohla, dám 6 hvězd. Především kvůli neuvěřitelné ochotě řešit daný problém s kvalitou obrázku. Mohli by obrázek natisknout tak, jak jsem ho poslala, ale zavolali, zeptali se a řešili vše velmi rychle a ochotně.
Moc doporučuju.
If I could, I would give 6 stars. Mainly because of the incredible willingness to solve the image quality issue. They could print the picture the way I sent it, but they called, asked, and handled everything very quickly and willingly.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si vyvolavat pres 1100-1200 fotografii a bohuzel u cca 100 fotek byl zcela tmavy odstin. Neodpovidal realite, tak jako na pc. Je mi jasne, ze se to muze mirne lisit ale zbytek byl ok. Bylo to, jako kdyz proste fotku uplne ztmavite. Dost me to zamrzelo jelikoz se jednalo o fotky z vice mist ze sveta z tropickych raju, kde je more nebo ocean proste uzasne zbarveny. Kontaktoval jsem tedy emailem zpet a nikdy neprisla zadna odpoved. Proste rejzovat prachy a kvalita nekvalita. Zklamani
I had over 1100-1200 photos and unfortunately about 100 photos were completely dark. It did not correspond to reality, just like on a PC. It is clear to me that it may be slightly different, but the rest was ok. It was like just darkening a photo completely. It froze me a lot because it was a photo from several places in the world of tropical paradises, where the sea or ocean is just amazingly colored. So I contacted me by email back and no response was ever received. Just cut the money and the quality is poor. Disappointment
