★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybavení prodejny slušné. Ale ochota prodavaček naprosto strašná. Prodejna má velmi těžké dveře a schod. Já mám handicap a k tomu dítě v kočárku. Je opravdu velmi těžké v této kombinaci vylézt schod, který mi sám o sobě dělá potíže a zároveň otevírat dveře a zároveň vyvézt kočárek. Několikrát se mi stalo, že jsem tam s tím zápasila a prodavačky si v klidu seděly za pultem, nenapadlo je pomoct. Dnes jsem při tomto manévrování ztratila balanc, spadla jsem přes kočárkek, do kterého jsem si skřípla nohu, nakonec spadl i ten kočárek s dítětem. Volala jsem asi dvakrát o pomoc a nikdo nepřišel. Přitom byly u pokladny, což ode mě byly tak 3 metry. Na pomoc mi přišel až zákazník zezadu prodejny. Doporučila bych buď vyměnit dveře, aby se tam člověk dostal s kočárkem nebo vyměnit personál. Takhle neochotné lidi jsem už dlouho nepotkala.
Shop equipment decent. But the willingness of shop assistants was terrible. The store has very heavy doors and stairs. I have a handicap and a baby in a stroller. It is really very difficult to climb a step in this combination, which makes me trouble on my own and at the same time opening the door while taking out the stroller. Several times it happened to me that I was struggling with it, and the shop assistants sat quietly behind the counter, they didn't think of helping them. Today I lost my balance during this maneuver, I fell over the strollers, into which I pinched my leg, and eventually the stroller with the baby fell. I called for help twice and nobody came. They were at the box office, which was about 3 meters from me. The customer came from the back of the store to help me. I would recommend either replacing the door to get there with the pram or changing the staff. I haven't met such unwilling people in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejna vybavena slušně, ovšem na to, že se jedná o výhradní zastoupení firmy koh-i-noor, tak má ještě velké rezervy (mnohem širší nabídku najdete online)
Je to škoda, protože výrobky samotné jsou velmi kvalitní a specializované.
A personál skutečně ochotou nepřekypuje, což výsledné hodnocení sráží citelně :(
The store is well equipped, but it still has large reserves due to the fact that it is the exclusive representation of the koh-i-noor company (you can find a much wider offer online)
It is a pity, because the products themselves are very high quality and specialized.
And the staff is not really overwhelmed with willingness, which the final evaluation significantly reduces :(
