★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the old lady in a nice tone for a blue pen, and I could see it, and she just screamed like I killed her son and said, "WE DO NOT HAVE IT" GO AWAY." she just refused to give it to me, I would have reached it myself but it was over the counter!!! What?! Never saw anything like that. IS this service?! If you do not want to work then DO NOT WORK! She is scaring away clients and gets paid for the job. It is not even her business, she is ruining someone else's business. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I had such a nice mood, and this evil creature ruined it. AND SHE returned me incorrect amount of money.
