★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Так как имеем много друзей художников, покупали подарки. На кассе попросили ещё один фирменный пакетик, но нам резко отказали. Одна покупка один пакет. Мы попросили разделить покупку, раз такие правила, но тоже получили отказ. Всё таки мы докупили точилку потом, второй пакетик нам швырнули.. И ещё и обсчитали на 30 крон. (80₽ или 1,2€). Валюта для нас другая, поэтому не быстро пересчитываешь монетки. Так ещё и нахамили, что я якобы куда-то ушла от кассы, что-то нахимичила с деньгами. Но я стояла рядом и считала при них! (Нас обслуживали 2 работника). Мы попросили проверить по камере, но, конечно же, нам отказали. Долго кассир считала, сколько же должна была быть сдача с 200 крон... Вернули конечно. И я бы не обеднела, если бы не вернули. Может им нужнее были эти деньги. Но настроение нам испортили сильно. Надеюсь отзыв прочитают сотрудники данного магазина. Мы были просто добрые туристы, любящие фирму KOH-I-NOOR.
 Since we have many friends of artists, we bought gifts. At the checkout they asked for another branded bag, but we were sharply refused. One purchase one package. We asked to split the purchase, since such rules, but also received a refusal. All the same, we bought a sharpener later, they threw the second bag to us .. And they also cheated for 30 crowns. (80 rubles or 1.2 €). The currency for us is different, so you don't count the coins quickly. They also got nasty, that I supposedly left the cash register somewhere, nahimichit something with money. But I stood nearby and counted with them! (We were served by 2 workers). We asked to check on the camera, but, of course, we were refused. For a long time the cashier considered how much change should have been from 200 crowns ... Of course they returned. And I would not have become impoverished if it had not been returned. Maybe they needed this money more. But our mood was spoiled greatly. I hope the review will be read by the staff of this store. We were just kind tourists who loved KOH-I-NOOR.
