★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před objednáním mi sdělena cena za 1 ks za 990kc, při převzetí mi pán účtoval 1200 a nějaké drobné za kus. Kdybych to akutně nepotřeboval, nevzal by jsem to.
Zjevně se hodnocení této firmy zakládá na pověstných hamburgerech. Na svítidlech nikoliv.

Jelikož mi cena byla sdělena ústně po telefonu. Paní řekla cenu a já souhlasil. Pán paní volal a cena byla taková jaká byla.
Before ordering, I was told the price for 1 piece for 990 CZK, when taking over, the master charged me 1200 and some change per piece. If I didn't need it urgently, I wouldn't take it.
Apparently, the evaluation of this company is based on the famous burgers. Not on the lights.

Because the price was communicated to me orally over the phone. The lady said the price and I agreed. The lady called and the price was as it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednaný dřevěný lustr dorazil po měsíci čekání a byl zlomený na 3 místech. V krabici byl velmi špatně zabalen. Na reklamaci nikdo nereagoval. Velké zklamání.
The ordered wooden chandelier arrived after a month of waiting and was broken in 3 places. It was very poorly packed in a box. No one responded to the complaint. Big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto katastrofální zkušenost s e-shopem. Po 6 týdnech čekání na objednávku přijde omluva, že objednávka se zpozdí o dalších 6 týdnů. Následně jen zašlou mail, že původně objednané světlo bylo již výrobcem staženo z nabídky. Takhle si služby zákazníkům nepředstavuju.
Absolutely disastrous e-shop experience. After 6 weeks of waiting for the order, there will be an apology that the order will be delayed for another 6 weeks. Subsequently, they will just send an e-mail stating that the originally ordered light has already been withdrawn from the manufacturer's offer. I don't imagine customer service like that.
