Udělala jsem objednávku s doručením do ruky na mou adresu, místo toho bylo zboží uloženo na poště, která ani není v mém bydlišti. Když jsem kontaktovala Kokiskashop, řekli mi, ať si to s poštou vyřídím sama. Customer service nula, oni by měli zavolat na poštu a oni by měli zajistit, že to ta pošta doručí, obzvlášť, pokud za to zaplatím předem.
I do not recommend from this store with delivery, the service is terrible. I made an order with delivery to my address, instead the goods were stored at the post office, which is not even in my place of residence. When I contacted Kokiskashop, they told me to handle the mail myself. Customer service zero, they should call the post office and they should ensure that the post office delivers it, especially if I pay for it in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejen že nechtěli 2 objednávky poslat v 1 balíku (doobjednávali jsme zboží ve stejný den) a museli jsme si zaplatit 2 přepravy. Pak ale když jsme chtěli jednu položku vyměnit, tak nám to bylo zamítnuto z důvodu koupení na IČO.
Not only did they not want to send 2 orders in 1 package (we ordered the goods on the same day) and we had to pay for 2 shipments. But then when we wanted to exchange one item, we were rejected due to a purchase at the ID number.

Gusztustalan egy cég,remélem nem sok embert tudnak átverni!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V dnešnej dobe odmietnuť vziať späť tovar len z dôvodu, že bol kupovaný na firmu, je smiešne. Nakoľko mám veľkoobchod a želaný tovar si zákazník u mňa objednal a následne zo zákona vrátil ( nepáčil sa mu), som tiež chcel vrátiť ale drzo som bol odmietnutý. Takto sa obchod a vzťahy nerobia, vážení. Keby som si toto správanie dovolil ja voči mojim zákazníkom, tak už mám dávno skrachovaný obchod. Prvý krát, naposledy a nikdy viac. Môžete sa hanbiť.
