U	Ustin Ustin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem objednán,auto převzali včas,vrátili za hodinu dvatsetdevět, což se mi jeví doba poněkud dlouhá. Nebyla to moje první STK a většinou trvala max půl hodiny. Byl jsem na první STK na autě po čtyřech letech a po servisní prohlídce v autorizovaném servisu. I was ordered, the car took over in time, returned twice tween tween, which seems somewhat long. It wasn't my first STL and mostly lasted a half hour. I was on the first STK on the car after four years and after servicing in an authorized service.
A	Arnošt Lucifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byl zde kvůli evidenční kontrole ,musím se přiznat, že to byla až druhá STK,kde jsem se s autem stavil během dneška ,protože jsem sháněl STK na rychlo ,ale čekal jsem zde místo 3-4hodin pouhých 45minut (slíbená doba byla hodina s čehož jsem byl velmi nadšený),takže jsem zde byl pouhých 45minut a přístup byl velmi rychlí a vstřícný. Proto moc děkuji a přeji hodně štěstí do budoucna . Š	Štěpánka Kalatova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jezdíme pravidelně celá rodina. Vždy nad míru spokojeni. Co se tam ale děje teď, je neskutečný. První auto objednané na výměnu filtrů. Po odevzdání auta nám mladý pán volal, že nestihnou objednat díly a že auto bude hotové až druhý den. Věděl jak dlouho, které auto přijede a nebyl schopný díly objednat a připravit (o autě mají veškeré údaje, jezdí k nim na pravidelné servisy) přitom slíbil, že auto bude za 2-3 hodiny hotové. Druhé auto odevzdané v pátek, na pravidelný servis (jednou tam již servisované bylo) s tím, že se podívají, které filtry je třeba objednat a hned objednají a v pondělí, maximálně v úterý bude auto hotové. V pondělí telefon, ať si pro auto přijedeme, že nemají čas ho dělat. Stojí nás to moře času. Tento přístup je šílený. Auto už sem nedáme ani zadarmo. Auto potřebuje člověk do práce a spoléhá na to že bude hotové, bylo by fajn rovnou odmítnout, že není čas ale tohle jednání je prasárna. Když tam byl pán ve středních letech, vždy bylo vše perfektní, vše bylo tak jak se domluvilo, teď ho vystřídal mladý pán, který bohužel netuší, co dělá pravá a co levá…. Za nás tedy opravdu ne…. ? The second car delivered on Friday, for regular service (once it was already serviced there), with the proviso that they will see which filters need to be ordered and order immediately, and on Monday, the car will be ready on Tuesday at most. On Monday, the phone, let's come for the car, they don't have time to do it. It costs us a sea of time. This approach is insane. We won't even put a car here for free. You need a car to work and rely on it to be finished, it would be nice to immediately reject that there is no time, but this meeting is a pigsty. When there was a gentleman there in the middle years, everything was always perfect, everything was as agreed, now he has been replaced by a young gentleman, who unfortunately has no idea what the right and the left do…. So really not for us…. ?
l	lukas zlatev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejte blbcovi moc a stvoří STK Komat a přesně tak i přistupují k lidem. Když použiji jejich slova tak je to jen pro lidi které baví čekat 5 až 6 hodin. Jim se snad líbí když lidi čekají. Párkrát jsem to s autem vydržel ale poslední událost s károu jsem 5 hodin čekat nevydržel. Teď už jezdím s autem, motorkou, károu i čtyřkolku o kousek dál a jsem spokojený. Za ty nervy a promrdany čas to tady opravdu nestojí... Give the jerk power and create STK Komat and that's exactly how they approach people. When I use their words, it's only for people who enjoy waiting 5 to 6 hours. They may like people waiting. I endured the car a few times, but I couldn't wait the last event with a cart for 5 hours. Now I ride a car, motorcycle, cart and ATV a little further and I'm satisfied. It's really not worth the nerves and fucking time here ...
