 Quite incomprehensibly canceled the cash register. Impossibility to exchange Euros. As a long-term client of KB, I can say that this is quite a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesná pobočka. Byl jsem tu už 3x a pokaždé na pokladně nemají kovoé mince. Přijde mi to značně neprofesionální aby v bance neměli požadované mince. Paní pokladní je c pohodě, neví jestli je objednává.
Absolutely appalling branch. I've been here three times, and they don't have metal coins every time. I find it very unprofessional that the bank did not have the required coins. The cashier is cool, she doesn't know if he's ordering.

Crazy bank, impossibility to exchange foreign currency. Mr. Kotas constantly forces you into some products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato novorenesanční stavba byla původně jistě něčím důležitějším než je banka. Těch je tady jak když na....š a roz....eš. Jen tahají z lidí peníze.
This Neo-Renaissance building was originally certainly something more important than a bank. They are here as if at ... š and roz .... eš. They just draw money from people.
