★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě nedoporučuji. Děsivá zkušenost. Vše problém, vše trvalo celou věčnost a nebyli schopní definovat jasně podmínky. Udělali návrh a potom vždycky našli problém, a chtějí po zákazníkovi aby každý rok se stavil aby "sjednal" podmínky běžného učtu.
Musel jsem resit malou změnu na běžném účtu které mam pro splaceni úvěru u MP (je to další chyba a sama od sebe kapitola), takže jsem se obratil na bankéře kterého jsem mel v mobilní aplikaci. Telefonát byl OK ale se to rychle změnilo když jsem přijel a paní pochopila proč jsem přijel.
Z milé a ochotné se stala krajně nepříjemná a absolutně neochotná paní. Ano, uznávám, že i já jsem nebyl nejmilejší, ale měl jsem proto své důvody.
Tahle skupina KB / MP je opravdu banda zlodějů. Nechápu jak je to možné ze CNB jim neodebrali licenci. Moje rada: Udělejte od KB /Pyramidy co nejdál
Definitely not recommended. A scary experience. Everything was a problem, everything lasted forever and they were not able to clearly define the conditions. They made a proposal and then they always found a problem, and they want the customer to stop every year to "negotiate" the terms of the current account.
I had to deal with a small change in the current account that I have to repay the loan from MP (this is another mistake and a chapter in itself), so I turned to the banker I had in the mobile application. The phone call was OK but it changed quickly when I arrived and the lady understood why I had arrived.
The nice and helpful woman became an extremely unpleasant and absolutely reluctant lady. Yes, I admit that I was not the nicest either, but that was why I had my reasons.
This KB / MP group is really a bunch of thieves. I don't understand how it's possible they didn't revoke their license from the CNB. My advice: Make as far as possible from KB / Pyramid
