★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup ke klientovi. Firemní bankéř přestane komunikovat a řešit nesrovnalost, poněvadž má před dovolenou. Po urgenci domluvena schůzka s ředitelkou, ta však z nejasného důvodu předá případ juniorní bankéřce, která nemá zkušenosti a zjevně ani kompetence případ řešit. V ČSOB s klientem jednají úplně jinak, a to i na retail segmentu.

After the urgency, a meeting with the director was arranged, but for some reason, she will hand over the case to a junior banker who has no experience and obviously no competence to handle the case. At ČSOB, they treat the client completely differently, even in the retail segment.
