Problémy se objevily postupně zaváděním poplatků na služby, které měly být “zdarma” v rámci čerpaných produktů a nebyly (nutnost reklamovat a dožadovat se nápravy - bez omluvy). Stran hypotéky pak uvádění naprosto disproporčních informací od “přepážkových” pracovníků a od vedení. Všichni mí známí ze stejných důvodů banku opustili. Udělám při první příležitosti to samé, protože už nehodlám snášet excesy zaměstnanců této této banky a odmítám účastnit se “jednání”, které si banka vyžádala, na kterém byla zjevná nepříprava a naprosté pohrdání klientem.
We have been in the bank for about 10 years. Problems arose gradually with the introduction of fees for services, which were to be "free" within the drawn products and were not (the need to complain and demand redress - without apology). The mortgage parties then present completely disproportionate information from "counter" workers and from management. All my acquaintances left the bank for the same reasons. I will do the same at the first opportunity, because I no longer intend to endure the excesses of the employees of this bank and I refuse to participate in the "negotiations" requested by the bank, at which there was obvious lack of preparation and utter contempt for the client.
