Komunikace hrozna, ani po roce pravidelnych navstev si nepripadate vitani. Tady proste pokladnim vadíte. Na pokladne Vam pani Novakova kyselym pohledem vysvetli, ze se za 10min zavira, tak proc si jdete pro objednany vyber tak pozde... jindy vam bez upozorneni domluveny vyber "rozpusti", protoze jste nedokazal prijit dle jejich casovych moznosti. A za to jeste vzdy platite. Ostuda..

Osobni zkusenost hrozna, musela jsem prevadet ucet od cs ke kb proto , abych ziskala hypotecni uver. Toto jsem osobne sdelila p. osobnimu bankeri, ktery mi byl pridelen primo na pobocce a to v unoru. Nasledne mi v navaznosti na moji uverovou smlouvu vytvoril ucet u kb a podepsala jsem i vsechny potrebne dokumenty tak, abych do cs nemusela jit osobne ucet rusit. Vse melo fungovat automaticky do nekolika tydnu. Kontrolovala jsem ucet ale nic se nestalo. V breznu jsem pobocku navstivila znova a chtela vse u osobniho bankere proverit a urgovat. Pan mi pres asistentku na recepci vzkazal , ze osobne neni potreba , ze mu tam jen 'omylem ' zustal v sytemu viset nejaky papir . Vse pry napravil a za max par dni bude vse hotovo. Byl duben a nic se nestalo. Napsala jsem email s pripominkou na 2 osobni bankere. Zadna odpoved. Skutecne velmi zvlastni jednani. Jsem krajne znepokojena. Toto bych si u banky v zivote nepredstavovala. Ucet stale neni preveden. Nemam zadne informace.
Personal experience of grapes, I had to transfer the account from cs to kb in order to get a mortgage loan. I personally communicated this to Mr. Personal Banker, who was assigned to me directly at the branch in February. Subsequently, in connection with my loan agreement, he created an account with kb and I also signed all the necessary documents so that I did not have to go to cs to personally interfere with the account. Everything was supposed to work automatically within a few weeks. I checked the account but nothing happened. In March, I visited the branch again and wanted to check and urge everything with a personal banker. Through the assistant at the reception, Mr. told me that there was no need for him personally, that he just 'accidentally' left some paper hanging in his system. He fixed everything and in max a few days everything will be done. It was April and nothing happened. I wrote an email with a reminder about 2 personal bankers. No answer. Really very special actions. I am extremely concerned. I would never have imagined this with a bank in my life. The account is still not transferred. I have no information.

Хотела открыть счет в банке. При себе не было документа о регистрации, поэтому отправила его на почту сотруднику - Satran Eugen. Спустя недели 2 ответа не последовало. Только написав сотруднику на рабочую почту, я узнала, что мне отказали в открытии счета, без объяснения причины.
I wanted to open a bank account. I didn't have a registration document with me, so I sent it by mail to an employee - Satran Eugen. After 2 weeks there was no answer. Only by writing to the employee at work mail, I learned that I was denied opening an account, without explaining the reason.

Bohužel dlouhodobě opravdu lituji své volby zvolit jako svou pobočku právě tuto. Personál nekompetentní a bez proklientského přístupu. Jakákoliv žádost je komplikovaný proces. V bance mě dnes finálně zklamala poslední zkušenost, kdy personál není schopen ani odeslat větší obnos finančních prostředků do úschovy v rámci prodeje nemovitosti a odkáže klienta na mobilní bankovnictví... rozhodně pobočku změním, protože trpělivost už pokoušejí opravdu dlouho.
Unfortunately, in the long run, I really regret choosing this as my branch. Staff incompetent and without pro-client approach. Any application is a complicated process. At the bank, I was finally disappointed by the last experience, when the staff is not even able to send a larger amount of funds for safekeeping as part of the sale of real estate and will refer the client to mobile banking ... I will definitely change the branch, because they have been trying for patience for a really long time.

Dne 6. 12. okolo 12:30 jsem dorazila na pobočku s problémem s internetovým bankovnictvím (opět). U vchodu se mne ujala slečna, se kterou jsem problém následně měla řešit. Vysvětlila jsem situaci, že potřebuji přes aplikaci uskutečnit platbu, a nejde to. Na mou otázku "proč" mi slečna drze odpověděla, že "tam ty peníze nemáte", přestože jsem si den před tím na účet vložila dostatek hotovosti a aplikace mi je na účet připsala. Bylo mi řečeno, že vklad vidí, ale peníze jsou teprve na cestě, že během dneška přijdou a mám prostě počkat. Na otázky ohledně toho, proč mi aplikace ukazuje něco jiného, mi nedokázala odpovědět. Dnes dopoledne platba stále nešla uskutečnit, proto jsem se opět vydala na pobočku. Tímto bych chtěla poděkovat paní vedoucí Veronice Fleškové, která se nás ujala a během několika minut problém úspěšně vyřešila. Peníze na účet přišly v pořádku, šlo akorát o limit (který byl z nějakého důvodu 0). Nevím tedy, zda to slečna v pondělí prostě neuměla, či nevěděla, nicméně pokládám její přístup za dosti neprofesionální. Tři hvězdy tedy dávám pouze díky paní vedoucí. Edit: Ráda bych doplnila, že slečna mi také oznámila, že je to můj problém, a že jsem si měla peníze vložit dřív.
On December 6, around 12:30, I arrived at the branch with a problem with internet banking (again). At the entrance, I was received by a young lady, with whom I had to solve the problem. I explained the situation that I needed to make a payment through the app, and it didn't work. To my question "why", the young lady brazenly replied that "you don't have the money there", even though I put enough cash in my account the day before and the application credited it to my account. I was told he saw the deposit, but the money is still on its way to come during today and I just have to wait. She couldn't answer my questions about why the app was showing me something else. The payment was still not made this morning, so I went to the branch again. I would like to thank the manager, Veronika Flešková, who took care of us and solved the problem successfully within a few minutes. The money on the account came in fine, it was just a limit (which for some reason was 0). So I don't know if the young lady just didn't know it on Monday or not, but I consider her approach to be quite unprofessional. So I only give three stars thanks to the leader. Edit: I would like to add that the young lady also told me that this was my problem and that I should have deposited money earlier.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour for the bank in the centre of Prague. My grandad was robbed at the ATM, what is a part of that bank. Nobody came to help him, nobody has offered him first aid either water. The security said that is not his job to look around the bank and appeared very rude. I feel very disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch. Mrs. Berkova was super friendly and helpful, helped me out with every single question and explained me well everything i didn’t understand. Despite my not advanced Czech skills all the issues were resolved in a very nice and professional manner.

Worst bank ever. staff tell you wrong information, after you open your account they tell you the truth is different and they don't have to fix it. (They said yes it’s the wrong information but we can’t do anything, that’s how they fix it?) And international fees are very high. It is highly not recommended for anyone to open an account here! make people feel very bad. It’s pity that can’t give zero star lol.
