I would like to draw your attention to the inconvenience of this company and I warn. I ordered the installation of water distribution and heating from one company. She recommended this Liberec company to me, where they calculated the necessary material for underfloor heating. During the winter, I bought material from them according to their calculation, with the proviso that any missing or surplus can be purchased or returned. Due to the exorbitant price for the installation by a decimal company, the installation was performed by another local company, I am extremely satisfied. Except that Komfort plus performed a poor quality calculation of pipe consumption by about 250 m. There was no place to place these pipes in the system boards. I contacted the company repeatedly by phone and email, everything was promised to me, but it remained only a promise. And so I have about 250 m of pipes left, which I can throw away. It gives me the impression that they just want to force the goods and the customer gave them no longer interested. Added info: The heating surfaces of the room were made exactly according to the company's calculation. The installation was performed by a certified company with 30 years of experience. All spacings according to the project were observed. Everything is documented. Carrying out a multilayer winding in rooms is nonsense. Despite all this, it was not physically possible to push more pipes into the room into the system boards supplied by you. I can understand a few meters of the pipe, but there is a witness to amateurism and dilettacy at one family house of 250 m, even though the company is looking for certificates and completed constructions. I'm bothered by your ignoring the customer and your non-communication. If the installation was carried out by a qualified original installer, I probably would not even know that the heating project was overestimated. The seriousness of companies must now be publicly shared so that one can avoid the dishonest ones. I was lucky to come across another decent company, which made it very good to the finals to my full satisfaction. I hereby thank her and will continue to praise her.
