★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na tuto firmu jsem narazil náhodou. A byl jsem překvapen přístupem. Zavolal jsem a hned domluvil revizi a čištění komínů. Byly zjištěny nedostatky. Na místě domluvena úprava. Vše proběhlo dle domluvy.
Po koupi nových kámen jsem se opět obrátil na tuto firmu o odborné zapojení. Opět, domluva, provedeno.
Férová domluva. Info a potvrzení den předem. Vše klaplo na jedničku. I nadále budu s touto firmou spolupracovat na pravidelných kontrolách a čištění.
Za mne naprostá spokojenost.
I came across this company by accident. And I was surprised by the approach. I called and immediately arranged the inspection and cleaning of the chimneys. Shortcomings were identified. Adjustment agreed on the spot. Everything went according to agreement.
After buying new stones, I turned to this company again for professional involvement. Again, agreement, done.
Fair agreement. Info and confirmation the day before. Everything turned out. I will continue to work with this company on regular inspections and cleaning.
Absolute satisfaction for me.
