When he calls, as soon as he speaks, he puts down the phone. Don't wait goodbye. He doesn't care that you're halfway there. Forget about upbringing. There are other clients after all ... This way of acting does not suit me, so I warn others.

We waited for 2 months then he told us that he would not come because of one of the chimneys.

So I was in contact with the Lord 3 months before the plaster, I needed to resolve the flue connection, he confirmed that he would come to see, after a month I would call if he would come. Unfortunately, he didn't remember me at all (he had everything on the e-mail with the documentation, after my urgency I sent the second time) We agreed on another date, again nothing, he goes on vacation, I say ok, after a week on Monday I have to call ....... family problems, I have to call in a week or try someone else ? .... can anyone really do business like this? ...... I'm sorry for his time, and especially for me .... 3 months he dragged me for ? .... tragedy

The chimney sweep and I agreed to clean my stove and inspect the chimney, which needs to be lined. We have agreed on a date. I then called him in advance to see if the deadline was valid, and it was already clear from the call that he had not written down our agreement and did not remember it. So I told him everything again and we confirmed the date. It's just that he doesn't have a car. I offered him that even though I was coming from Prague (I use the house as a cottage), I would stop by and then throw it back. I arrived on the agreed day and Mr. Uhrín was extremely surprised again. I started to get upset because I got up at 5:00 because of him and followed him for 3 hours. He is very reluctant to go. He took a flashlight in his hand and we can. I reminded him again that I needed to clean the boiler and that he should take the tools. But he doesn't clean the boilers… !? Eventually, he called some young people and they would come and go there with me. We solved the boiler on the spot and inspected the chimney for lining.
