Tento pán je pro mě synonymem nespolehlivosti, raději se vracím ke konkurenci, která sice nevyčistí komín, ale když je potřeba opravit kotel, tak dorazí a na revizi se ozvou sami každý rok. Jeho výmluva je nejčastěji ,, Nemám si to kam napsat, zavolám vám, jsem teď na stavbě". NEDOPORUČUJI a jednu hvězdu dávám za to, že alespoň jednou přijel. For me, this gentleman is synonymous with unreliability, I prefer to return to the competition, which does not clean the chimney, but when it is necessary to repair the boiler, it arrives and they call themselves every year for an inspection. His excuse is most often "I have nowhere to write it, I'll call you, I'm on the construction site now." I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I give one star for coming at least once.
H	Hana Zbornikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní a profesionální přístup k práci. Pan Němec přijel, jakmile to bylo možné, namontoval komín a vše po sobě uklidil. Během stavby rodinného domu jsme doma měli spoustu různých dělníků. Každý byl sprostý a ve všem viděli problém. Pan Němec měl s sebou vše, co potřeboval. Nejprve se přijel podívat a zjistit si, jak bude jeho práce probíhat a když přišlo na realizaci, byl na perfektně připravený. Mimo jiné byla výborná i komunikace. Tímto ještě jednou moc děkujeme za pěkný komín a již se těšíme na topnou sezónu :) Perfect and professional approach to work. Mr. Němec arrived as soon as possible, installed a chimney and cleaned everything up after himself. During the construction of the family house, we had a lot of different workers at home. Everyone was rude and they saw a problem in everything. Mr. German had everything he needed with him. First he came to see and find out how his work would go, and when it came to implementation, he was perfectly prepared for it. Among other things, the communication was excellent. Thank you very much again for a nice chimney and we are already looking forward to the heating season :)

Soudím podle 40 zakázek ročně kam vždy dorazí a všude se domluví. Komeníci všeobecně byli vždy problém. Nevolali, nedorazili kam jste je poslali, zoufalá komunikace. Pan Němec má u mě 95% úspěšnost. Je možné, že u někoho měl problém, ale vždy v tom ještě něco bylo. Tedy jsem rád pane Němec, že tu jste s námi a že jste takto funkční. V životě pro mě dělalo několik komeníků ale Vy jste na špici. Určitě s klidem v duši doporučuji. For me, it's class and Mr. Craftsman. I definitely recommend. We all have our days, but the percentage is reliable and handy. P	Pavel Kroupa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu p. Němce jsem oslovil na základě doporučení a velmi kladných recenzí. S těmi se však nemohu ani v nejmenším ztotožnit. Přes několik telefonátů, kdy slíbil poskytnout termín, aby se pak následně již neozval. Případně byl zaneprázdněn a vždy slíbil zavolat zpět, ale nikdy se tak nestalo. Po několika takových pokusech jsem nakonec obdržel termín návštěvy. Na ten však opět nedorazil, bez jakékoliv omluvy, telefony nebral, na sms nereagoval. KDO SI CHCE UŠETŘIT SVOJE NERVY, ČAS A PŘÍPADNĚ NA TO VYBRANOU DOVOLENOU, AŤ SE OBRÁTÍ JINAM. NELZE DOPORUČIT V ŽÁDNÉM PŘÍPADE. I contacted Mr. Němec on the basis of recommendations and very positive reviews. However, I cannot identify with them in the slightest. Despite several phone calls, when he promised to provide an appointment so that he would not call again. Alternatively, he was busy and always promised to call back, but it never happened. After several such attempts, I finally received a visit date. However, he did not arrive again, without any apology, he did not answer the phones, he did not respond to the text message. WHO WANTS TO SAVE ITS NERVES, TIME AND ANY SELECTED HOLIDAY TO TURN TO ANYWHERE. UNDER NO RECOMMENDATION.
