Inu, prijel jsem a skladnik, ze to jeste nema hotove a at mu jdu pomoci s vytazenim zeleza, ze to jde rezat. Super sluzba.. palec hore. The warehouse is the top .. I was arranged for an hour when I will have the cut material with the fact that I need to load and drive it. Well, I arrived and the warehouseman that he's not done yet and that I'm going to help him pull the iron, that it can be cut. Super service .. thumbs up.

M	Michal Dvořák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát měř a jednou řež. Objednal jsem větší množství Fe jeklů s požadavkem na přesné formátování. Písemně mi byla potvrzena přesnost na desetiny mm. Pro jistotu jsem do provozovny zajel a znovu vše probral s obchodní zástupkyní abych se ujistil, že skutečně dokáží materiál přesně nařezat. Materiál dorazil včas dle objednávky, ale celých 64% profilů (68 ks ze 106) bylo chybně nařezáno, tedy neměly zadanou délku. Některé o 1mm, největší odchylka byla 5mm (!!!), což vzhledem ke sjednané přesnosti na desetiny mm zní jako špatný vtip. Obchodnice zpočátku komunikovala vstřícně a za chybu se omluvila, ale její (jejich) snaha o nápravu byla minimální. Po třech emailech přestala komunikovat úplně a na upomínky nereaguje. Measure twice and cut once. I ordered a larger number of Fe steels with a requirement for accurate formatting. Accuracy to tenths of a mm was confirmed to me in writing. To be on the safe side, I drove to the store and discussed everything with the sales representative again to make sure that they could actually cut the material accurately. The material arrived on time according to the order, but the entire 64% of profiles (68 pieces out of 106) were incorrectly cut, so they did not have the specified length. Some about 1mm, the largest deviation was 5mm (!!!), which due to the agreed accuracy to tenths of a mm sounds like a bad joke. The businesswoman initially communicated and apologized for the mistake, but her (their) redress was minimal. After three emails, she stopped communicating completely and did not respond to reminders.

Měla tam cedulku, že je v zácviku ale vedla si opravdu skvěle. Skladníci jsou v pohodě, jsou to chlapi od fochu a zákaznický servis tam moc čekat nejde. Svojí práci však rozumi a jsou jakž-takž ochotní. Co mě bere je rozdělení úkolů-objednat u jednoho, vyzvednout, zase k přepážce a pak ještě k pokladně. A ve finále ještě kontrola na výjezdu. Ale asi to tak musí být. Já bych to bral jednodušší. Ale maj hodně druhů všeho skladem. Otvíračka v sobotu dopoledne by tomu také slušela. She had a sign there that she was in training, but she was doing really well. The warehouse workers are fine, they are guys from the foch and customer service can't wait there. However, they understand their work and are somehow willing. What takes me is the division of tasks-order at one, pick up, turn to the counter and then to the checkout. And in the final there is also an exit check. But it must be so. I would take it easier. But they have a lot of kinds in stock. The opening on Saturday morning would be nice too.

Parkování je přímo v areálu na kraji skladové plochy. Vždy s kontrolou faktury a zboží při odjezdu? So far, always satisfaction ? I also buy small items in the market here. Company is stuck in last century i.e. everything is on papers, you are going to warehouse and back to their office with some diirty papers to get an invoice, like come on, if I pay online why the heck I have to jump around between warehouse and office with some papers to get an invoice is it such a hard job to send an email with?!! I wish Alza.cz of some kind take over this dinosaur...
