The performance of the nurse is shocking, the waiting time is well over an hour and you have ordered it. The doctor is different, but what's going on before you get to her is horrible

Sice se na mě dostala po několika hodinách řada bez objednání (přišla jsem s náhlým problémem),nicméně jednání sestry-předvyšetření/příprava pro paní doktorku-bylo tragické a totálně neprofesionální. Bylo znát,že hrozně obtěžuji. Paní doktorka malinko příjemnější. Odešla jsem s receptem,ale co mám za problém s okem mi nikdo neřekl. Pouze jsem se dovtípila,že jde asi o zánět spojivek. Šla jsem tam pouze z nouze a přesne tomu odpovídalo jednání. Je to můj názor,třeba tam měly jen špatný den,ale za mě osobně jen 1* za recept...
I did not experience anything so terrible ... I had a few hours without ordering (I came up with a sudden problem), but the nurse-pre-examination / preparation for the doctor was tragic and totally unprofessional. It was known I was terribly annoyed. Dr. Doctor is a bit more pleasant. I left with the recipe, but I've got a problem with eye nobody told me. I only knew it was about conjunctivitis. I only went out of the emergency and was exactly the same. It's my opinion, maybe there were just a bad day, but for me personally just * 1 for the recipe ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po negativnicj recenzich jsem čekala to nejhorší. Sestřička nema úsměv od ucha k uchu, asi spis introvertni tip, ale každému pomohla s tim co potreboval. Ke mne se chovala naprosto profesionalne, nemohu nic vycitat. Pani doktorka velmi mila. Asi je pravda, ze sestricka ma povest morouse, o to vic pacienti v cekarne opatrne naslapovali a chovali se mile a uctivě. Bylo mi tam dobře a co jsem potřebovala, to jsem dostala :)
After the negative reviews I expected the worst. The nurse does not have a smile from ear to ear, probably an introverted tip, but it has helped everyone with what he needed. She treated me completely professionally, I can't blame anything. The doctor was very nice. Perhaps it is true that the nurse has the reputation of morouse, the more patients in the waiting room carefully stepped in and behaved nice and respectful. I was there well and what I needed, I got it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka moc milá a ochotná, sestřička v pohodě, byla jsem objednána na čas a šla jsem na řadu ihned. Profesionální přístup.
The doctor was very nice and helpful, the nurse was fine, I was ordered on time and it was my turn immediately. Professional approach.
