★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionalni, arogantni k pacientum. Volal jsem ve stredu, ze mam bolesti. Sestra mě objednala na patek v 7.30. Čekam do 8.30 nez vyjde sestra aby si vzala kartu. Po hodine cekani mi ta krava Konečná rekne ze uz nejsem jeji paciet, protoze jsem rok neprisel na prevenci.
Unprofessional, arrogant to patients. I called on Wednesday that I was in pain. The nurse ordered me on Friday at 7.30. I'm waiting until 8.30 for the nurse to come out to take the card. After an hour of waiting, the cow will finally tell me that I am no longer her patient, because I did not come for prevention for a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální přístup v tom ohledu že Vás paní zubařka vyřadí pokud si nedomluvíte preventivní prohlídku každý rok, údajně byla zaslána SMS že se mám zastavit a domluvit termín, avšak SMS nedorazila. Lékař může pacienta vyřadit pouze písemně a to na základě přechodu k jinému lékaři a nebo na základě úmrtí nikoliv absence preventivní kontroly, ale zde si tuto terminologii provádí paní Konečná po svém!!! Za mě už ne dekuji!
Unprofessional approach in the sense that the dentist will exclude you if you do not arrange a preventive examination every year, an SMS was allegedly sent that I should stop and make an appointment, but the SMS did not arrive. The doctor can exclude the patient only in writing, based on the transfer to another doctor or on the basis of death, not the absence of preventive control, but here Mrs. Konečná performs this terminology in her own way !!! No thanks for me anymore!

She unevenly distributed the Botox and now my forehead looks terrible.
Won’t be going back.
