★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are standard, amazing nature around, great old castle near by in Lipnice village.Again,concern with owners.I don't know why this remains in Czech republic,but we were told to not eat lunch at the terrace,only in restaurant inside,in a moment later guy brings small group their lunch.We asked what's up and guess what? Yeap,that was the owners of the hotel.Eating in front of us,20 customers right at the forbidden terrace!!! Well, customer service is getting a big punch here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a conference of 60 people in hotel Luna. Very good prices, very clean hotel, very good services and lots of opportunities how to entertain the team (and not only work :-) ). The event manager was able to solve all our demands very quickly. We will be happy to come back next year.
