★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka jedná s rodiči tak trochu, jako by byli hloupí. Jako maminka novorozence bych čekala, že ochotně poradí, pokud se občas na něco kolem dítěte zeptám, a bez povýšení a s empatií, byť třeba stručně odpoví. Nepochybuji, že má za řadu let mnoho zkušeností, ale mohla by se o ně ochotněji podělit, pokud je to na místě. Vícekrát jsme v čekárně velmi dlouho (více než hodinu), i když jsme byli objednáni na přesný čas. Nejvíce se mi však nelíbila na můj vkus poněkud necitlivá, hrubší manipulace s velmi malým miminkem, kde by měla paní doktorka být více jemná. I když chápu, že po tolik letech v ordinaci už to vnímá jinak, než může některá maminka. Přešli jsme proto k jiné paní doktorce, kde máme dobrý pocit a jsme u ní spokojení bez těchto, byť méně vážných výhrad.
The doctor treats her parents as if they were stupid. As a mother of a newborn baby, I would expect to be willing to advise if I sometimes ask a question about a child and without promotion and empathy, even if it gives a brief answer. I have no doubt that she has a lot of experience over the years, but she could be more willing to share it if appropriate. We have been in the waiting room for a very long time (more than an hour), even though we were ordered at the exact time. Most of all, I did not like the rather insensitive, coarse handling of a very small baby where my doctor should be more delicate. Even though I understand that after so many years in the office, she already perceives it differently than any mother can. Therefore we switched to another doctor, where we feel good and we are satisfied with these, although less serious reservations.
