Podle fasády vypadá jednoduše, půdorys tvoří několik vzájemně se prostupujících částí, zalamovaných a zaoblených, v každém podlaží se mírně rozšiřuje podle jiné křivky. Autorem je atelier Hlaváček & Partner, která působí na poli projekční a inženýrské činnosti od roku 1992. Konstrukční centrum Škoda Auto získala titul v soutěži Stavba roku 1999.

According to the facade it looks simple, the ground plan consists of several intersecting parts, wrapped and rounded, slightly extending on each floor according to a different curve. The author is the atelier Hlaváček & Partner, which has been active in the field of design and engineering since 1992. The Škoda Auto Design Center has been awarded the title of Building of the Year 1999.

The author is the Hlaváček & Partner studio, which has been operating in the field of design and engineering activities since 1992. The Škoda Auto design center won the title in the Construction of the Year 1999 competition.
