★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každý má někdy špatný den, ale paní Křečková automaticky odmítla můj požadavek vystavit přehled plateb s tím, že vlastně nejsou ČEZ, ale jen kontaktní místo. Mám přece sama vědět, kolik platím. Protekční předbíhání ve frontě, s tím že nějaká paní zná paní Křečkovou a má tedy automaticky přednost před všemi a to i před matkami s kočárkem ani nezmiňuji. Ostatní zaměstnanci ovšem velmi milí.
Everyone sometimes has a bad day, but Mrs. Křečková automatically rejected my request to issue a list of payments, stating that they are not actually ČEZ, but just a contact point. I should know how much I pay. Protective overtaking in the queue, with the fact that a lady knows Mrs. Křečková and therefore automatically has priority over everyone, even mothers with a stroller, not to mention. However, the other employees are very nice.

I've been chasing them for over a month to change my rate, which still hasn't changed.
Of course no English speaker is EVER available.
Managed to get communicate in Czech and the operator just dropped the call on me.
endless emails and calls - NO RESULT.
