★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrubá nespokojenost. Chtěl jsem vyměnit SIM a místo toho jsem se dozveděl, že kvůli tomu že is ČEZ *jejich vinou* pozdě stáhnul platbu inkasem, tak jsem v jejich systému veden jako dlužník a odmítli mě obsloužit. Po této zkušenosti jsem se rozhodl, že od ČEZu odcházím.
 Gross dissatisfaction. I wanted to replace the SIM and instead I learned that due to the fact that even with ČEZ * through their fault * late withdrawing the payment by direct debit, I was listed in their system as a debtor and they refused to serve me. After this experience, I decided to leave CEZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta nespokojenost a ztrata casu. Cekate slusne na chodbe dobrych 20 minut, protoze na dverich maji napsano, jak na rentgenu, ze smite vstoupit, az se rozsviti zelena...a pritom si vyslechnete rozhovor mezi zamestnanci pobocky...cervene svetlo NEVSTUPOVAT sviti dal i presto, ze ze dveri vysel zakaznik...pokud hodla tato firma i nadale takto podnikat, nedivme se, ze pak ztraci zakazniky...sem uz urcite ne. Alespin ja.
Complete dissatisfaction and waste of time. Wait for a good 20 minutes, because it's written on X-ray that you can enter the green light ... while listening to a conversation between the employees of the branch ... red light DO NOT INCREASE, even though the the door was sent by the customer ... if this company wanted to do business like that, let's not worry about losing the buyers ... here you definitely do not know. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Areál trochu bludiště. Přepis elektřiny bez problému, paní Limonová (dle jmenovky) byla příjemná a ochotná. Na chodbě jsem čekal asi 3 minuty než byla odbavena paní přede mnou. Vše vyřízeno do čtvrt hodiny, takže za mě ok.
The area a little maze. Transcription of electricity without a problem, Mrs. Limon (according to the name tag) was pleasant and helpful. In the hall I waited about 3 minutes before the lady was cleared in front of me. Everything done within a quarter of an hour, so ok for me.
