I will say this from the point of view of the end customer. I paid a dredger to dig a hole, he arranged this transport and a place to store the clay. The import of the excavator and dumper was arranged, it went well. Right there was a problem with the first container with clay, he refused to bring the material to the agreed place (estimated 6 km away). So all that was left was to take the material twice as far to the backup location. Something like "our customer, our master" doesn't work here at all. As a result, the containers were significantly delayed due to transport, about an hour container. It was agreed that he would dig as long as possible, but it also came down at 17:45, he delivered the last container and the end. Well, hockey was being played ... It was agreed that the next day the full container would be taken away at 7:00 so that it could be dug on. This was also not observed. Around 7:40 a second vehicle arrived which was unable to load the container in a slight hill. It is a mystery to me that Mr. Voborník sent this vehicle when he knew the situation on the street (a slight hill with which the first car had no problem). Although he argued that we moved the 10cm container to the parking lot, this cannot be taken as an argument, as the vehicle was not even able to start uphill and approach the container more than 3m. It was just digging in place. The container was loaded for about an hour. The other driver put everything into it and really tried, but the car was zgarb who was constantly running out of air and had trouble braking. So he put another container up the hill. The young blackthorn was damaged. While waiting, the neighbors "parking lot", which the zgarb dug up as he turned and probably could not start. It should be noted that I do not blame the other driver, he really tried. The subsequent and last container could not even be filled, due to the opposite position. The dumper was unable to reach him. Not even half were loaded. That's why we whistled the event, because it was clear that it was a waste of money. Another thing that was not observed was the arranged removal of the excavator from the dumper. Fortunately, we received a tip for the second carrier who arrived within 15 minutes and took the equipment for half the price of Mr. Voborník. In summary: + Import of technics complied with - The delivery of material to the agreed place was not observed - Overall unprofessional approach to the customer - By not following the pick-up point, he nicely extended the route - Failure to meet the morning container collection date - Inability to load a container (downtime of other equipment that no one will pay me) - Inability to deliver the container the next day so that it can be filled - Damage to property (my blackthorn and neighbors parking lot with el switchboard in the ground, offended decl) - The next day, due to the unreliability of the carrier, the excavator was practically standing still In the final, I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Voborník's service. Unprofessional and unreliable approach to the customer. At the price of 1300 CZK for a container with this approach, really not. All the diggers and bystanders shook their heads at this approach.

I cannot fail to respond to the contribution of the evaluation of Mr Voborník's services. I have been cooperating with Mr. Voborník for a long time (approx. 5 years) and I have always been satisfied with his services. On the contrary, he was always helpful and reliable in terms of services provided, ensuring the import of earthmoving equipment and materials as well as the removal of delivered containers, etc. I also cooperate with other customers of Mr. Voborník and I did not notice that any of them would complain about his services. That is why I am surprised by the way in which the person in question expresses himself extensively about the services provided by Mr. Voborník. It seems that it is more an attempt to harm Mr. Voborník for some reasons unknown to me. I can only recommend the services provided by Mr. Voborník to everyone !!! I have always been satisfied and I do not intend to change anything in cooperation with him. Note: unfortunately, there are people among us who will always be dissatisfied, will complain about everything and everyone, they think that they are always right at any cost. Willingness, equality of professionalism. Mr. Voborník is a maximally fair and willing person, of whom there are not many today. He fulfills what he promises, while he tries his best to meet his needs. We have already ordered it twice and we will be happy to do it again when needed, because there is, among other things, a good and quick agreement with it. I simply recommend it.
