V případě škodné události bylo plnění vždy bezproblémové a výjimečně rychlé. Za dvacet let jsme neměli potřebu pojišťovnu měnit. Snad to vydrží.
People have all sorts of experience with insurance companies, I have only good with Kooperativa. We have everything insured there, from life and accident to home and household to car. In the event of a loss event, the performance has always been trouble-free and exceptionally fast. For twenty years we had no need to change the insurance company. Perhaps it will last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotné dámy, které Vám rádi poradí a pomohou, záleží na složitosti požadavku, nicméně zpočátku se vám může zdát, že vše je trochu zmatené, ale nebojte, nejprve je potřeba ujistit si požadavek, a posléze se efektivně přechází k řešení, ale ano, stojí to o chlup více času, než můžete být zvyklí.
Prostor je hezky dekorovaný, avšak musím zmínit že nevýhodou je jeho velikost, rozmístění neposkytuje úplně dostačující soukromí, a tak není nemožné - ba je skoro nevyhnutelné- pochytit, co se řeší u vedlejší přepážky. Ale kromě tohoto, spokojenost. Děkuji za asistenci.

The space is nicely decorated, but I must mention that the disadvantage is its size, the location does not provide enough privacy, so it is not impossible - it is almost inevitable - to catch what is being solved at the side partition.
