★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pojišťovna Kooperativa je to nejhorší s čím jsem se potkal. Absolutní nezájem o klienta. Jediné co je zajímá, je placení pojistného. Pokud sami mají plnit, tak hledají všechny možné kličky, jak se placení vyhnout.
Kooperativa Insurance is the worst I've ever encountered. Absolute lack of interest in the client. The only thing they are interested in is the payment of insurance premiums. If they have to fulfill themselves, they are looking for all possible loops to avoid paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najgorsze ubezpieczenie dyskryminacja, non stop chcą dokumenty. Byle tylko nie wypłacić ubezpieczenia. Za to chętnie biorą wysokie składki. Nigdy więcej nie polecę! Zero kontaktu zero zainteresowania ludzkiego podejścia do klienta
The worst insurance is discrimination, they want documents all the time. As long as I don't pay my insurance. For this, they willingly take high premiums. I will never recommend again! Zero contact, zero interest in the human approach to the client
