Nice branch, close to the tram, no queue and everything solved immediately to my satisfaction.

The lady was pleasant, but she couldn't advise me at all about flexion insurance, that it is said to be a novelty for her as well ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost.Dlouhé čekání a chování ke klientum katastrofa. Jsem ráda ,že odcházím a radím využít jinou pobočku ,pokud nechcete strávit celý den čekáním:) Přes hodinu řešení jednoho člověka.
Bad experience.Long waiting and behavior towards clients disaster. I am glad to leave and advise to use another branch if you do not want to spend the whole day waiting :) Over an hour solving one person.
