Bohužel paní za přepážkou s hrůzou v očích a mírně otřesena specifickým dotazem nezvládla situaci, začala se klepat a těžce polykat, no, v podstatě mi nedokázala říci nic jiného, než že se jí v počítači něco dlouze načítá a že má klientku z Rožnova na telefonu... No zkrátka naprosto nekompetentní osoba. Minimálně, pokud mi nedokáže pomoci, by se měla naučit jednat s klienty.

Unfortunately, the lady behind the counter with horror in her eyes and slightly shaken by the specific question did not manage the situation, she started knocking and swallowing hard, well, basically she could not tell me anything other than that something on her computer takes a long time and that she has a client from Rožnov on the phone ... Well, in short, a completely incompetent person. At the very least, if she can't help me, she should learn to deal with clients.
