★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místní pobočka (příjemná paní) je celkem v pohodě. Jako firma ze skupiny Vienna Insurance group má dosti špatnou pověst ohledně pojistného plnění. Moje manželka řeší už přes půl roku (poškozená) pojistnou událost a pojišťovna se jen stále vymlouva. Nyní jsme podali raklamaci na neumernou dobu a pokud ani to nezabere tak se obrátím na ČNB, toto mě poradili v České kanceláři pojistitelu. Takže za mě a moji rodinu Kooperativu a Českou podnikatelskou pojišťovnu nebrat. Neplní a mají velmi dlouhou dobu vyřizování.
Dnes 27.8 teprve poslali manželce odškodnění na účet. Když to nějak uzavřu, tak spousta telefonování a doprošováni a výmluv ze strany pojišťovny. Tuto pojišťovnu nebrat....
The local branch (nice lady) is pretty cool. As a Vienna Insurance group company, it has a rather bad reputation for claims. My wife has been dealing with a (damaged) insurance event for more than six months and the insurance company just makes excuses. Now we have filed a crackdown for an indefinite period of time, and if it does not work, I will contact the CNB, this advised me in the Czech Insurer's office. So do not take Kooperativa and Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna for me and my family. They do not fill and have a very long handling time.
Today, on August 27, they only sent compensation to their wife. When I close it, a lot of phone calls and pleading and excuses from the insurance company. Do not take this insurance company ....
