★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu velmi nerad, ale musím napsat toto hodnocení! Než začnu, chci se ještě zmínit, že neprofesionalita a nedůslednost je v tomto případě neakceptovatelná. Včera jsem kolem páté hodiny zašel na pobočku s tím, že si chci zakoupit produkt povinné ručení na vozidlo (nemusím psát, že ho velmi nutně potřebuji...proto jsem šel na pobočku). Jen podotýkám, jedná se o povinné ručení na veterána. Paní za přepážkou po mě chtěla doklad o přihlášení vozidla, že prý nemůže pojistit vozidlo, když není přihlášené. Chyba! Vozidlo musím mít nejdříve pojištěné, abych ho mohl na magistrátu přihlásit (tuto skutečnost jsem ji vysvětloval ještě minimálně 2x). Když toto pochopila, chtěla po mě další "papír a fotky" Jak jsem tak pochopil, zřejmě myslela testaci historického vozidla. Další chyba! Lze hned pojistit bez tohoto dokladu a v budoucnu ho dodat zpětně. Měl jsem u sebe doklady o proclení a americký Title (oficiální tiskovina s vodoznakem a razitkem), kde jsou všechny potřebné informace k zajištění povinného ručení. Bohužel se tak nestalo a výsledek je takový, že jsem odcházel bez zakoupení povinného ručení, i když tento produkt Kooperativa nabízí. Chvílemi jsem si připadal jako v řeznictví, kdy si chci koupit patnáct deka salámu a nakonec odcházím s tím, že sice salámy mají, ale obsluha neumí s nářezákem. Nechtěl jsem ke konkurenci, nakonec jsem u ní skončil...
I really hate it, but I have to write this review! Before I start, I would like to mention that unprofessionalism and inconsistency in this case is unacceptable. Yesterday, around five o'clock, I went to a branch, saying that I want to buy a motor third party liability product (I don't have to write that I really need it ... that's why I went to the branch). Just note this is a liability insurance for a veteran. The lady behind the counter asked me to confirm that the car could not be insured when it was not registered. Error! I have to have the vehicle first insured to be able to register it at the City Hall (this fact I explained it at least twice). When she understood this, she wanted another "paper and photos" of me. As I understood, she probably meant testing a historic vehicle. Another mistake! It can be immediately insured without this document and will be delivered retrospectively in the future. I had customs clearance documents and an American Title (official print with a watermark and a stamp) where all the information needed to ensure MTPL is available. Unfortunately this did not happen and the result is that I left without buying MTPL, although this product Kooperativa offers. At times I felt like in a butcher shop, when I want to buy a fifteen blanket of salami and finally leave with the fact that they have salami, but the operator can not with the incisor. I did not want to compete, eventually I ended up with her ...

na přepážkách sedí dámy, které by neměly mluvit. Pojistnou událost, abych vyřešil za otce. Tak podle nich mám jít na soud a vzít si otce do osobního ošetřování. Zprávy z nemocnice jsou málo, je zapotřebí praktický doktor. Neochota, neznalost a arogance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serdecznie nie polecam tego ubezpieczyciela. Lód spadł na szybę w aucie, wynajmujący starał się załatwic wszystkie formalności. Podano numer konta bankowego, dane auta, właściciela i resztę niezbędnych. Musicie mieć numer telefonu czeski, innego nie przyjmują, bo tak ciężko wpisać numer krajowy. Druga rzecz, każdy oddział zajmuje się innymi sprawami, w Pilźnie posyłali papiery od nas do Tachova, dostaliśmy tylko potwierdzenie wysłania.
2 miesiące po podaniu czeskiego numeru dalej sprawa stoi w miejscu. Dopiero po interwencji właściciela mieszkania (Czecha) sprawa jako tako się ruszyła, łaskawie wysłali maila z numerem jak sprawa aktualnie stoi, ale na stronie nie są w stanie powiedzieć czy papierow brakuje od poszkodowanego, czy od winnego. Kpina i nie polecam.

The second thing, each branch deals with other matters, in Pilsen they sent papers from us to Tachov, we only received confirmation of sending.
Two months after giving the Czech number, the case is still in place. Only after the intervention of the owner of the flat (Czech) the case started as it was, they kindly sent an e-mail with the number as the case currently stands, but the website is not able to tell if the paper is missing from the aggrieved party or from the guilty party. Mockery and I do not recommend.
