★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakoupil jsem tri roletky, jednu s vyvazovacim mechanismem na stavbu vetsi skrinky. Po trech letech se vymazovaci mechanika porouchala a jedna roletka se zasekla. Napsal jsem proto do Kooplastu, jestli by mi pomohli vytipovat vadny dil a k memu prekvapeni mi za tyden volali, ze se prijedou osobne na skrinku podivat. Tak se i stalo, pan Toman na miste okamzite odtusil vadny dil, sehnal ho a za tyden prijel znovu a vadny dil osobne vymenil. Cela oprava byla vcetne dvou navstev pana Tomana zdarma (roletky byly pritom 1 rok mimo zaruku!). Libi se mi, jakym zpusobem pristupuje firma ke svym zakaznikum, moc casto se s takovou vstricnosti nesetkavam. Mam naprosto jasno v tom, kde budu jednou nakupovat dalsi roletky :-)
 I bought three blinds, one with a mooring mechanism for building a bigger cabinet. After three years, the erasing mechanism broke down and one blind got stuck. Therefore, I wrote to Kooplast to see if they could help me identify the faulty part, and to my surprise, they called me in a week that they would come to see the cabinet in person. And so it happened, Mr. Toman immediately sensed the defective part on the spot, got it and in a week came again and personally replaced the defective part. The whole repair, including two visits by Mr. Toman, was free (the blinds were out of warranty for 1 year!). I like the way the company approaches its customers, I often do not encounter such helpfulness. I am absolutely clear about where I will one day buy more blinds :-)
