I came to solve the problem about accidentally charge for the bus ride (I have a year card for the transportation). The worker scanned my card, it is valid. He scanned my phone and confirmed, that the system charged me on the day I told him. After that he told me: "are you that greedy for money and can't let it go? And you wouldn't be able to prove that you have paid for someone else." After that I asked his name to refer in the future to who I was talking to and he refused to answer: "You don't tell me your name and I wouldn't tell you mine" After that I got offended and took a picture of him. He grabbed my phone from me and didn't want to return my phone to me. I somehow managed to grab it back and left the place. The personal is rude and don't want to help you. There is no names anywhere. The place smells with chemicals. I hope, that this person's brain was just affected by that chemicals and couldn't think straight and in life is a good man. But the way I was treated at the very moment - just out of any norms. I plan to issue a complaint to the company. There was a CCTV camera - I hope the scene is recorded and the company will do something about it (at least, give the names to their workers)
