★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu jsem coby pravidelná klientka nuceně opustila po více než 12 let trvající spolupráci. Paní jednatelce Hanáčkové chci tímto veřejně velice poděkovat za mnohé rady, tipy, uskutečněné sny v prvních letech, předané kontakty a spoustu vykonané práce. Od začátku roku 2018 jsem bohužel registrovala pokles kvality služeb, množící se projevy neprofesionality a nespolehlivosti v pro-klientském přístupu, jež se bohužel podepsaly na mé důvěře. I přes nespornou zkušenost, znalosti a manuální zručnost paní jednatelky, jsem nespokojena s jejím chováním vůči klientele. Poté, co náš vztah přecházel do vzájemně konfliktní roviny, jsem raději návštěvy ukončila. Chápu, že jsme si lidsky nakonec nesedly.
 As a regular client, I forced to leave this company after more than 12 years of cooperation. I would like to thank Mrs. Hanáčková very much for her public advice, many tips, dreams come true in the first years, contacts passed on and a lot of work done. Unfortunately, since the beginning of 2018, I have registered a decline in the quality of services, increasing manifestations of unprofessionalism and unreliability in the pro-client approach, which have unfortunately contributed to my trust. Despite the undeniable experience, knowledge and manual skill of the executive, I am dissatisfied with her behavior towards the clientele. After our relationship turned to a mutually conflicting level, I preferred to end the visits. I understand that in the end we did not sit humanly.
