Unfortunately, I got burned with this appraiser. An appraiser is really just an appraiser and not an expert in the field. High dissatisfaction, low quality of work, a large number of errors, errors in calculations and grammar, poor input parameters, 500 thousand here / there nothing happens and many others. One can make a similar estimate at home. Even so, I didn't miss long readings of the law and work to get what I paid for as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this "appraiser".

Sad story. So far the worst work we've seen. Low level of work, countless major and minor errors, completed projects with a different apartment, the price is completely different from the offers of comparable apartments in the area. It is inadmissible to publish a document as final, while leaving, for example, intentionally incorrectly numbered pages in it. Furthermore, the coefficients for calculating the computable area as it suits him, not according to how it is written in the law. Substituting the volume (m3) into the formula for calculating the replication value and multiplying it by the price (CZK / m2) is mathematically unacceptable without further calculation (elementary school mathematics), and other errors. The document was incorrectly indented, so the beginning of the line is not readable. Room areas also poorly calculated, the map of the location of the building in the field was completely different ... Wrong approach in irresponsible elaboration of the document, incorrect input parameters entered in the price map, chaotic corrections and what seemed to be good, the client must find mistakes himself, to get a document that can be used, all this makes this appraiser a very unreliable person. I honestly do not recommend.
