★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obec Kosova Hora je nedaleko Sedlčan a urcitě má co nabídnout. Založili ji horníci a první zmínky o ní najdeme již v roce 1272, kdy je zde doložena tvrz, na jejíchž základech byl postaven renesanční zámek, centrum a dominanta obce. Kromě této památky je zde kaple sv. Michala, krásný kostel sv. Bartoloměje, synagoga a kousek od obce židovský hřbitov. Obec je krásně upravená a v centru je udržovaný park s kašnou a sochou Sv. Jana Nepomuckého. Znakem města je černý kos v bráně.
The village of Kosova Hora is near Sedlcany and has something to offer. It was founded by miners, and the first mention of it was found in 1272, when a fortress was founded, on which was built a Renaissance chateau, a center and a dominant of the village. In addition to this monument, there is the Chapel of St. Michal, the beautiful church of St. Bartholomew, the synagogue and a small Jewish cemetery. The village is beautifully landscaped and in the center there is a park with a fountain and a statue of St. Jan Nepomuk. The sign of the city is black in the gate.
