Poté, co působením posledního pana faráře se farnost dostala do exekučního řízení a kostel měl být prodán, vzchopila se část farníků, založila občanské sdružení, vyhlásila sbírku a za pomoci dobrých lidí a institucí kostel z dražby vykoupila. Přeji kostelu, aby ještě stovky let sloužil svému křesťanskému účelu.
A beautiful church with a turbulent history of recent years. After the parish was put under execution under the influence of the last pastor and the church was to be sold, some of the parishioners recovered, founded a civic association, declared a collection and, with the help of good people and institutions, bought the church from the auction. I wish the church to serve its Christian purpose for hundreds of years.
