Stavbu provedl významný místní stavitel - zednický mistr Martin Prosch z Břetislavi za 3.500 zl. Kaple byla na počest mariánského zjevení v jižní Francii v roce 1858, zasvěcena Panně Marii Lourdske.Vnitřni zařízení kaple bylo pořízeno ze sbírek vděčných pacientů, kteří našli ve zdejších léčivých koupelích ztracené zdraví. The Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes in Konstantinovy Lázně stands on a small hill above the original access road to the main spa building. It was built by Josefa (Sofia) Pankratzová, the wife of the founder of the modern history of the spa František Pankratz, in the years 1898 - 1900. The construction was carried out by a prominent local builder - master mason Martin Prosch from Břetislav for 3,500 zlotys. The chapel was dedicated to the Virgin Mary of Lourdes in honor of the Marian apparition in southern France in 1858. The interior of the chapel was taken from the collections of grateful patients who found lost health in the local healing baths.
