★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jste-li obdivovatel meziválečné architektury, pak určitě nevynechejte kostel sv. Anežky v Českých Velenicích.
Kabřinec, režné zdivo a břizolit na mnoha kostelech neuvidíte. Za zmínku stojí o nedaleko stojící fara, kterou si snadno splete s obyčejnou bytovkou.
A perlička na závěr: když ve 30tých letech kostel zasvěcovali, museli získat speciální povolení od sv. Otce, neboť v té době Anežka ještě nebyla prohlášena za svatou.
If you are an admirer of interwar architecture, then be sure not to miss the church of St. Anežka in České Velenice.
You will not see Kabřinec, gray masonry and brízolite in many churches. It is worth mentioning the nearby rectory, which is easily confused with an ordinary apartment building.
