Budova kostela stojí na vršku nad náměstím a je dominantou obce Třebívlice, zaujme svými čistými liniemi a hranolovitou věží. Kostel byl postaven v 17.století na místě starší gotické budovy a upravován byl v roce 1720. Moc hezké místo.
The church building stands on the hilltop above the square and dominates the village of Třebívlice, with its clean lines and prismatic tower. The church was built in the 17th century on the site of an older Gothic building and was rebuilt in 1720. Very nice place.

Barokní kostel sv. Václava byl postaven v 17. století na místě starého gotického kostela. Věž byla postavena v roce 1695. Dnešní podobu získal kostel po úpravě v roce 1720.

Na místě původního kostela že 14. století stojí barokní jednolodní kostel obklopený hřbitovem, kde má svoji hrobku i baroka Ulrika von Lewetzov.

První zmínka o třebívlickém kostele pochází z roku 1384. Původně gotický kostel však byl za husitských válek zcela zničen, po nich válce byl znovu vystavěn. Barokní jednolodní kostel sv. Václava dostal svou nynější podobu na přelomu 15. a 16. století. V roce 1695 byla znovu postavena kostelní věž s cibulovou bání od stavitele P. Bianca. Dnešní podoba klasicistní byla dokončena roku 1837. The first mention of the Třebívlice church dates back to 1384. Originally a Gothic church was completely destroyed during the Hussite wars, but it was rebuilt again after the war times. Baroque single-nave church of St. Wenceslas took his present form at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. In 1695 a church tower with onion bulb was built again by the builder P. Bianco. Today's form of classicism was completed in 1837.
