★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostel Všech svatých v Miloticích - národní kulturní památka - byl dokončen v roce 1701 a hned čtyři roky nato poničen při útoku nepřátel. A po nějakých 105 letech přišla další katastrofa. Požár. Oheň byl tentokrát zlý pán.
Kostel je krásný, ale já více obdivuji prostor bývalého hřbitova s překrásnou zdí (i ta je vyhlášena památkou) a sochařskou výzdobou. Takových míst v ČR moc není.
Vím, že většina turistů směřuje na prohlídku zámku. Ale malá chvilka na prohlídku areálu kostela by se mohla najít.
The Church of All Saints in Milotice - a national cultural monument - was completed in 1701 and destroyed four years later by an enemy attack. And after some 105 years, another catastrophe came. Fire. Fire was the evil lord this time.
The church is beautiful, but I admire the area of the former cemetery with a beautiful wall (which is also declared a monument) and sculptural decoration. There are not many such places in the Czech Republic.
I know that most tourists go on a tour of the castle. But a little while touring the church grounds could be found.
