★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné místo s krásnými výhledy na vrchol hory Kotel i Zlaté návrší. Řekla bych, že je to nejmalebnější místo Krkonoš. Nic drsného, krásná energie místa.
Wonderful place with beautiful views of the top of Kotel mountain and the Golden Hill. I would say that it is the most picturesque place in the Giant Mountains. Nothing rough, beautiful energy of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není hezčího místa v Krkonoších. Kotelní jámy jsou chráněné území na jižních svazích hory Kotel. Tvoří je dva ledovcové kary, Velká a Malá kotelní jáma vymodelované ledovcovou činností v čtvrtohorách a rozkládající se v nadmořské výšce přibližně 1050 až 1400 metrů. Mezi oběma jámami se tyčí skalnatý Liščí (Kotelní) hřebínek.
There is no nicer place in the Giant Mountains. Boiler pits are a protected area on the southern slopes of Mount Kotel. It consists of two glaciers, the Great and the Small Boiler Pit, modeled by glacial activity in the Quaternary and located at an altitude of approximately 1050 to 1400 meters. A rocky Fox (Boiler) ridge rises between the two pits.
